Sharell Boutique is a NO REFUND Ecommerce store. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We respond to emails within 24 hours. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER EMAILS ABOUT AVAILABILITY AND RESTOCKS, as inventory changes rapidly. PLEASE JOIN THE EMAILING MAILING LIST TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN RESTOCKS ARE AVAILABLE.

NO cancellations on already placed orders.

NO switching / swapping items on already  placed orders, that applies to orders that have not been shipped.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME! AND ENTER YOUR ADDRESS AND EMAIL CORRECTLY DURING CHECKOUT . DUE  TO THE HEAVY VOLUME OF EMAILS, IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT INFORMATION, IT MAY NOT BE CAUGHT IN TIME, AND YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER SHIPPING COST TO HAVE THE ISSUE CORRECTED.

SHIPPING
  • Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for items to ship, excluding preorder items. All items are shipped via USPS US postal service). Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is with in 3-5 business day after the order shipped.  International orders, Please allow up to 15-20 businesses days for your order to arrive after the tracking number is emailed to you. Please make sure you check with your local post office after 10 days as the package may be held there. LONGER DELAYS MAY APPLY IF YOU DID NOT ENTER YOUR FULL AND COMPLETE SHIPPING ADRESS.

  • If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquiry about your order. If you have any questions , please contact sharellboutique45@gmail.com

  • Please include your full name and order number for faster service.

  • Once you received your tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the US POSTAL SERVICE at www.usps.com or 1-800-275-8777.

  • If you have made your payment with a e-check through pay pal, your order will not be shipped until your payment as been cleared.

CLOTHING EXCHANES
  • Regular priced items may be exchanged for a store credit to use toward a future purchase. Exchange must be authorized via email, within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. Upon your exchange being authorized, you will have to submit tracking information for the returned item within 48 hours.

  • Returns for exchanges are accepted with our AUTHORIZATION ONLY. Items sent without authorization will be refused. 

  • For the safety of our returns, please initiate an exchange with us, BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK. We like to be aware of the exchanges, incase anything get lost in the mail. We will return packages that we have no prior initiated exchange request. So please initiated any exchanges before mailing anything back.

  • The exchange item is received , you will be issued as a refund on any other orders. shipping charges on new order using exchange codes will apply, as with any new order.

  • We contact you back to move forward with the exchange. I f a return tracking number is not provided to us with in 24 hours of our confirmation of yours intent to send items back for an exchange, the exchange will not be honored. We will make necessary time adjustments for weekends and holiday.

  • ITEMS WITH TAGS AND /OR LABELS REMOVE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.  If we received an item that have any of the labels or tags remove , we will not honor the exchanges. You will be responsible for postage for sending items back to you, that has had the tags and labels removed, we suggest you try on items before removing any tags and labels.
